I don't like to give such a bad review but feel I have to so other people aren't in the same situation! I ordered £123 worth of items, the two pairs of jeans and tshirt was delivered in an enormous box which is such a waste but as the clothes didn't fit well I decided to send them back. So I returned the box to my local store on the 14th June and here we are on the 1st of July with no correspondence or anything. During this time I email twice and write on Twitter and I'm simply ignored. Eventually I get through on the phone and the lady didn't even apologise she just casually said she would refund me?! Only after I explained I was worried the items had gone missing did she apologise - once. Shockingly bad service, to chase a refund of over £100 in this current economic climate is not great, but even if it was £1 to not have any email receipt or response is awful. I took a chance on a new brand here and I won't ever shop with them again. Avoid unless you want to wait weeks for your own money and chase your own money!

returned item 10 days ago with no update online. on hold for 20 minutes and facebook messenger customer service is ignored for over 15 days despite saying they will answer in 24 hours. Dont order they basically just stole £60 from meHave ordered and returned things through the pandemic from retailers all over the world with no issues btw...

One week passed yet the order hasn’t been shipped ? and I paid for it, as well. The customer service told me “to allow a further 3 working days for the parcel to be shipped”.Is the warehouse in China?

The worst online company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order in March, received the goods with 5 days like expected. Returned the goods as they didn't fit on the next day. I have still not received a refund after chasing and chasing - and now they have told me they have released the refund and its Klarna I have to speak to! Never had an account with Klarna! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Returned item on April 16th.x3 emails later.x3 telephone numbers - none of which work.No response.No refund.Not happy.PS Top was fab. Arket sent me the wrong size of an item, and I had to make a return for several items in my order. However, on finally receiving my returns email and checking the returns receipt, I noticed that I was only refunded 1 item out of the several items that I returned. I tried to call in to Arket to rectify this problem but their phone lines were down due to a technical difficulty!How ridiculous is that? Sending the wrong item is a shame, but having missed out on a few return items in my order? This is just unacceptable. Avoid!

I Don’t understand the poor reviews. Perhaps I have been lucky, but I have bought online and instore (in the best city in the world )and only have great things to say about Arket. Great value, styles and customer service in my experience

I have bought a few things from Arket including sale items and have not had to return anything. I'm in love with their Oak moss perfume and body moisturisers and soap. But sadly I'm very disappointed with the oversized fishtail parka/mack £150 It fits great, I wore a padded feather waistcoat underneath and set out to walk my dog feeling warm and trendy. A mile from home the heavens opened and I may as well have taken the coat off!Its made from plastic bottles and I've never seen one of those leak! But I was drenched, completely soaked through everything! Finally home I took it off and the water was actually running down the inside! Bloody marvellous! Not! My winter coat can't even cope with English rainfall.. Its not built for warmth, isn't a summer coat.. Feels like I've wasted my money! I don't have money to throw away but in this instance.. When's the right time to risk a coat that won't keep rain out AT ALL?

I've spent ages over the last few weeks searching for a new jumper but couldn't find what I was looking for. Then I stumbled across Arket and there it was! The jumper is just perfect! At £59, it's a wee bit more than I wanted to spend but, it looks and feels really good quality and it's so cosy. I will definitely shop here again.

I was nearly put off by the reviews on Trustpilot but I needn’t have worried. The website is easy to use, they have a good payment portal and the (free) delivery was well within the timescale quoted (including a tracked time slot). I bought a Jute basket from the homeware section - the quality is good, the price was very reasonable and the packaging was adequate.

I ordered native union AirPods case but received an empty box. Even after getting refunded and ordering again! Customer service team are responsive however the warehouse or suppliers have ISSUES. unreliable and disappointing. Should have offered me a free case or store credit for going through all this hassle!

I placed an order to only realise I had typed in an incorrect delivery address. Called the customer service within an hour of placing the order to politely request some help with this. They refused to change the delivery address or cancel the order, because apparently 1 hour is too late to make any change. All the while rebuking me that it's my fault and not theirs that the delivery address is wrong. Of course it's my fault but they need to have a better system in place to help customers rather than rebuke them. Never had more disrespectful and smug agent on the other side of the phone. I am now expected to go to the incorrect address and collect the order, which can be left outside ready to be nicked or given to some household during lockdown in London who I don't know at all. Thanks a lot Arket.

Another disappointing experience with this company. I ordered what I thought were two sweaters in two different sizes for fit. Both arrived, after a longer wait than expected. Same size, possibly it was me? I’m unsure, so will not hold that against them. However, fabric, supposedly part alpaca is SO itchy/scratchy on my skin I will not bother to try a different size. The sizing is another matter: HUGE. An elephant and I could have fitted in one sweater. There is no customer feedback on the Arket system, possibly because the company does not want its prospective customers finding out about its goods? I’m always suspicious of these, what are they trying to hide? I agree with many others, not an efficient company in terms of service and, from this experience (probably my last) not quality merchandise. I have been previously aware that they are not the most efficient at delivery and refunding. Not good enough in the Internet age. If they cannot manage this, they should vacate the Internet.

Best customer service I have ever experienced. came back with a 1,5 year old cashmere sweater that I have worn so much that it had holes on the elbows. And get it fixed for free, with such great result. Only had amazing experience with their customer service and their friendly staff.
